Highly disappointed - this is low quality Gochugaru. Mine caught fungus on its own being in the plastic jar they provide n this has absolute no taste. Be careful.

I've used this both for making Kimchi and as part of my masala for marination of other dishes in place of normal red chilli powder.It gives dishes a special flavor and I'd suggest anyone who buys it to go ahead and experiment with it that way. It's a really nice product. Only quantity could be a bit more.
