I bought this to up my game, as I use it for chocolate covered apple wood smoked peppered bacon. But this rocks on scrambled cheese eggs as well as jambalaya!

I love the smoky flavor of this hot Ghost Pepper. It claims around 1 million HU. I have had it straight, small amounts, but I don't think it's as hot as advertised. Maybe 500K HU. Still pretty good.

The top came all screwed up, but this deserves 5 stars for almost taking me out. I LOVE spicy food. It’s hard for me to eat something non spicy at this point. Sriracha and Sambal Oeleck are staples for me. I thought I could handle this, since psh it’s just a seasoning. My hubris got the best of me. I made a plate of food and eagerly sprinkled a tiny bit of this on and mixed it through. Well, it took me an hour to finish the whole plate. I kept having to blow my nose, drink water, and take a breather. My throat felt weird, my lips and tongue burned to high hell, I felt nauseous, I have heartburn still an hour later, and my nose couldn’t stop running. I just tried this a couple hours ago and I already dread how it’s coming out. R.I.P. to my poor booty. Overall, flavor wise, I liked it a lot. Don’t use too much unless you wanna die, 15/10.

This is really nice. My family loves spice, and we eat a variety of peppers, hot sauces, and spices. We all like intense heat once in a while, but we generally prefer something a bit less aggressive, that builds over time, and lingers afterwards. In moderate amounts, that’s exactly what this adds to dishes. It’s also nice that it is 100% dried, ground, organically grown ghost peppers.I’ve been using it for a little over a month, and it has a nice flavor and consistent heat. If you want aggressive, enormous amounts of spice, just add a bit more. It will get you there. But, in small to moderate amounts, it has something to offer folks that aren’t as crazy about spice and might otherwise avoid this.Highly recommended.
