It’s not the mix that one gets to experience in the in-flight menu of different airlines. I had liked it so much I ordered it from Amazon. Honestly, this is a “watered down” version of the real thing. Waste of money.

The masala flavour is authentic but the overall taste would be a little on the sweeter side for the ones who don't like their chai to be sweet. Also I felt the consistency could be a thicker. But it's way better that any other premix I have tasted so far and definitely trumps a masala flavoured teabag.
