I bought this locally from a hypermarket and made it as per the recipe mentioned and honestly this is nothing but chilly powder mix with other herbs. It does not even remotely taste like Schezwan.After using this i realized not all the products of Ching are having the indian chinese taste. The schezwan chutney/sauce of chings is much better.Instead of using this chilly powder with herbs use Schezwan sauce / chutney to make Schezwan Fried Rice, that is much like the taste in restaurants.
