Simple steps to make Fish Curry (Serving for 4 people):- Wash 1/2 kg fish and add salt to it. Leave it for 2 hours after that wash it again. Take 4 tomatoes 2 green chilli 1 inch ginger & 1/2 cup malai grind and sieve it. In pan heat 2 tbsp oil add 2 chopped onions 1.5 tsp garlic paste and fry them till it turns brown. Add the ground paste and cook it till oil separates. Add fish 2 tsp Ciba Kasui Methi; salt and red chiili to taste 3 tsp Ciba Fish Masala Powder saute them for 5 min add 3/4 glass water and cook on medium flame for 5 mins.
