While the flavour of the Spice Drop is mild and not exaggerated, the price is far too exorbitant for a tiny vial of chai essence.Also, it can't dispense with the flavour of natural spices like cardamon and affiliates like lemon grass - dried or fresh.It's convenient to use though, but I guess this will be a one-time buy for me.Carmelita FernandesFood & Travel Writer

The bottle and dropper can be much better. The dropper broke very first time when opened and had to use it with difficulty. Also its highly concentrated and if you by mistake put 2 drops instead of one, the tea becomes bitter. A slightly diluted and higher volume pack with a better dropper will help. The product is though quite good.

I've quite a lot of experience with original vanilla pods so I'll tell you that this is certainly made of natural vanilla. That said, I will give it only 3 stars and I'm also sure most people will not like this because (a) It's clear that the beans used to make this are of relatively low quality, and (b) The average person's idea of what vanilla smells like is substantially different from what vanilla REALLY smells like. The low quality of beans is what ensures that the price of this extract is so low - my estimate is that 20ml of extract would've taken at least 7-8 pods which would cost Rs. 1200-1500 or more at normal retail prices - this extract costs Rs. 400).My suggestion is that the average person should stick to the vanilla essence from the corner grocery store/Big Bazaar.
