Labeled protein rich and healthy butThis is extremely salty and that makes it not so healthy !! A strict no- no for those who have a BP problem and other health issues that call for less or no salt.The quality of Nuts is great n fresh . Will buy again only if I can get a zero salt version of the same.

In start I like the product, it tasted good. But just few days before I found webs inside the container and when check properly I found worms!!! LIVE WORMS!!!! Worst quality check on food products I brought till date. I wouldn't not recommend to buy this product. If you still buy it Please check it thoroughly. I was eating it lightly so I didn't notice it till recently??
