Rice flour, vegetable oil and urad dal are a few ingredients that have been used in the product. All of these have high nett carbs and can actually stall ketosis. The flavor is great and I have no complaints there. For the high price of this snack, I would expect them to use healthy fats and ingredients that are truly keto friendly or at least that don't stall ketosis. Last thing you want on your diet journey is to hit a road block. Cheers to the product for the great thought though.....
