The product as such is very tasty. I purchased this first on Amazon on Aug 8th 2023, and since have been purchasing regularly on big basket till Dec 15th 2023.However this is a processed food item that caused havoc in my body. After 4 months of suffering from severe knee pains, finger pains (symptoms of gout & arthritis) [Note my C-Reactive protein a marker for body inflammation spiked to 20Mg/L]: thats more than double of normal range] , a 4 month long health investigation its down to the ingredients in this product. As a confirmation after stopping this product on Dec 16th, my symptoms have stopped altogether!I dont know if its the sweetener used or some other chemical compound (few numbers mentioned in the ingredients) but this product caused a nightmare for my body.Note, that I was also consuming other Lo! Products during the ordeal: Jeera Biscuits and Coconut cookies.Hope the manufacturer takes this very seriously!!
