Fancy packing. All of these are artificially flavoured with a high contrnt of salt-SODIUM, and medium for roasting is veg oil. Though roasted well but exorbitant in price.Better to buy plain ones and roast them in ghee with rock salt which has a low content of sodium,black pepper or any other spice of your choice. Will work out much cheaper and healthier.

Yummy product but ok for the younger lot who are not very health conscious. I consider there is strong case for reducing Salt (46 pc of DA) and Oil ( 28 pc of DA) per 100 gms to make it a healthy food for middle-aged and elderly persons. Controlled oil use by use of air frying and use of other healthy flavouring agent by reducing Salt will make it a ideal healthy food category for all ages. Another option is to consume, lesser portion of the product.
