I ordered Nature First Totapuri Mango Pulp for the first time. The parcel arrived on time, well packaged in 6 x 100g pouches. The Silkrute deal price was very reasonable. The texture of this pulp is fluid and smooth, not thick. Flavour is nice and tart which we prefer in our household. You can add as much sugar as you wish to your taste if you want. This Mango Pulp is great to add as cake filling or in any dessert, ice cream, falooda, fruit salad etc. You can also add a dash to your masala gravy which will give a subtle mango sourness to the dish. Or even a spicy mango chutney or any chutney will benefit with a few dollops of this Mango Pulp. I immediately made a cake icing by adding some Mango Pulp to Shrikhand and spreading in in cake layers and on top of the cake. It was so delicious, I finished a few slices at once !!! Very versatile product. 100g pouches are convenient and easy to use . You need to refrigerate an open partly used pouch and use them up quickly. Ill definitely buy more of Nature First Totapuri Mango Pulp when my supply is nearing its end.
