I have used it for curries like paneer and chicken as well as for grill chicken marinade. Few pinches of this beetroot powder gives beautiful color to the gravy and thickens it. Did not try yet for face but planning to use soon to make diy lip balm

Wonderful color. If cooked color changes to brown. Beetroot smell is good. Good to use. I use it in rotis to make beetroot rotis, smoothies and soups. Value for money

Dissolves almost completely in water. It stains well as a deep pink colour, perfect for making lip balm. I have tried some other brands but they aren't this good.

Well....I didn't buy it to consume it... instead bought it to add to my henna pack for the reddish colour....but it failed to give the desirable result. Hence I am not satisfied with he product. I don't know how it would be for consumption but my purpose is not solved.
