  • These are tasty Uncooked Garlic Crackers that puff up when deep-fried in Oil. It Can also be Air Fried or Microwaved.
  • It is made by mixing Fresh Peeled Garlic tapioca starch corn starch and water. The mixture is rolled out steamed and sliced. In a Traditionally way to achieve maximum crispiness these crackers are sun-dried.

Frying Directions In Oil : For best results don't fry too many of them at once and have a wire basket ready to quickly remove them from the hot oil. Heat oil to medium hot taking care that fumes are not emitted. If oil is excess hot the meat contents inside the crackers will be burnt which spoils the taste. We get best results when deep-frying 3 - 4 crackers at a time. Ideally consumed within a few hours of being fried or Can also be stored in a airtight bag and consumed in next 3 4 Days. Best Savoured with Sweet Garlic or Hot Garlic Sauce.

It is prawn cracker. You need to fry them in Oil. But be sure that the Oil is very Hot ( The Oil should not be Burning but Near to that Temperature. These is good one, you can eat them with Rice, Roti and mostly snacks. Packaging is good. You can go for it.

There is barely any flavour and they don't even look like the normal prawn crackers. Worst fact is that my entire family got sick after eating this.
