We started in 2016 with a goal to promote authentic Kozhikode snacks around the world. The brand is the brainchild of four young men who carried the dream since they were college students. The passion for building a brand around the best traditions of Kozhikode cuisine led them to the formation of Flavours of Calicut. It's our aim to satisfy the nostalgic drive for homemade snacks of Malayalis all over the world. At the same time, we also realise that Kozhikode snacks have a more extensive interest base among non-Malayalis. May it be the many varieties of chips, halwa or pickle, we have all of them covered.

The Tapioca chips was as expected, fine. But, the Banana Chips was unpredictable. After opening the packet, for the first two days, it tasted weird and had strange oil smell. Usually Banana chips smell of Turmeric and Coconut oil. But, this was having an Olive oil kind of taste. Was highly disappointed. Then, two days later, tried tasting it again. It tasted normal. May be, they put it inside the packet, immediately after cooking. Hence, the oil smell. As time went by, it became like Original version of Banana chips. ??
