I have ordered these cookies several times as they are good in taste. However, two things prevent me from rating this product as five star. Firstly it is overpriced and secondly invariably I find that cookies arrive broken. It is acceptable for me to get 50 percent cookies broken into two pieces but on two occasions I found each of them broken in to several pieces. This aspect needs attention of manufacturing company.

Impressive packing and nice taste but all the cookies were crumbled inside. I did not get one cookie which was not crumbled.. thought only one packet was like this but both tins had crumbled biscuits. Did appreciate it as after long delivery time, this was least unexpected from a top brand like wheafree.

The taste - as I have ordered it earlier too -is good -but as the photos are proof the biscuits were still okay in the top layer but totally crushed as you can see …. Rather disappointing….

NOT LACTOSE FREE. Has CUSTARD POWDER which is basically MILK POWDER. It triggered my INTOLERANCE. Tasty and nice. Also 10% of the biscuits damaged in transit.
