Advantages

Very delicious cookies. Absolutely loved the peanut butter one. That being said, the packaging is downright annoying. Such inconvenient boxes for such tiny cookies? I'm quite sure all of us would be very happy if the costs incurred in all of the excessive packaging were instead invested in larger cookies.

I loved the taste no problems around that. I am ok with paying so much for small biscuits if the quality is good, but I can't stand the packaging which is hard to open. While opening it damages the biscuit.

I was searching for some healthy cookies on Amazon and found this product, open secret. Was very impressed with their packaging, and lovely messages on the cookies. They are Very good tasting and healthy cookies, it does have some preservatives, and if they can find ways to not add any preservatives at all then even better. All in all very happy with open secret, and being an Indian company, hope they do well.

They are just ordinary cookies with a price tag. Also they think that by using a ton of plastic packaging for every single cookie can make their brand cool. Every single piece of cookie is wrapped in a plastic pouch. This will lead to so much plastic waste. About the cookie they taste like any cookie. I liked their Almond chocolate the most. But it's very costly for what one gets. Very low value for money.

I liked this product lot because the taste of cookies is really super awesome. The combination of dry fruits and chocolate is really great idea ?? First I ordered it for me. I tasted it and then I ordered one more product to gift my brother. Even my brother also liked this product lot. Now open secret became our favourite cookies ????

The cookies are yummy. Very delicious and tasty. The only issue is Price, packaging and the size of the cookies. The cookies are small. They are actually Bites not cookies The company should focus on the size of the cookie and a normal packaging would also justify the taste. Packaging is way too fancy which is actually not required.

Taste was good. Packaging was awesome. good for gifting. but Quantity is very less for the price. the size of cookies were smaller than normal cookies. Overall ok. I tried it once. but may not want to buy again as the quantity is very less for the price.

The packaging could have been like 50% or 30% of what it is now. Way too many boxes. And packets. In each box, there are two mini-cookies. You could have instead put 1 proper cookie in each box. Massive waste of paper and packets due to the crazy packaging this company has adopted. Taste wise...no complaints. Would have preferred less packaging...because when I am hungry I do not want to go through so many layers. And of course the cookies are really small.

I had first bought this product to send as a Rakhi gift to my brothers living far away. The feedback I got was good. So, I decided to get myself a box too. INGREDIENTS 4/5: The description says No Maida, so I thought they might be using a gluten free substitute. Turns out, it is a cookie which is more like a Energy bar - Mix of nut, chocolate and rice crisps or oats or granola. The base is chocolate for some structure and then there are other stuff stuck on it bonded with Chocolate. TASTE 4/5: Overall, the taste is good. It is a relatively healthy dessert than actual cookies. So, good for a sweet tooth on diet. PACKAGING 1/5: The packaging is excessive! A thin cardboard box, a cardboard cover encasing just two cookies in a plastic wrap each. While, it was nice for a gift hamper but unnecessary for usual consumption OVERALL 3.5/5: Cool concept, but overpriced for what it is. I would make my own or buy a chikki from a local shop to get similar satisfaction.

Attaching pictures so that you know the size of what you are buying, and don't face the same problem which i faced when i was buying it. All 3 biscuits have more peanuts than other dry fruits. No maida means theres a thin layer of chocolate on which nuts are sprinkled. Not as fancy as shown on the pictures. Try it, worth a one time buy.
