The cookies are really tasty and great option for all, especially vegans who struggle to find off the shelf biscuits and cookies that are dairy free.But I am disappointed with the excessive plastic packaging used with each pair of cookies in individual plastic pack.If this had been disclosed in the product description, I would not have opted to buy.I wish Nourish Organics would consider environmental impact and offer lower packaging options
