There were barely any intact sticks remaining. Poorest service. Even the carton box was broken along with the container lid! Unfortunately, the item is unreturnable. Deserves single star, but I gave two stars because of good taste, yet too sweet.

Good and flavourful . There were some broken sticks but it's fine as long as most of them were whole. Hazelnut flavour is light but overall nice product.
