So they say it has a smoky flavour. Well worry not, it isn’t the typical western smoky flavour that, to be honest, is quite turning off. This sauce is extremely hot. It is not for kids. So just taste it with caution. A drop is enough to burn your taste buds. Overall flavor wise it's really good sauce. Have a cup of mil around you while tasting this sauce if you are not a person who can bear this kind of hot flavor.
