Not quite as good as I'd hoped for. The first issue was the packaging - a fair amount of soy sauce had leaked out of the bottle despite the seal. There's nothing unique to the flavour either - just a lot of salt and not much aroma.

Tamari is known to be healthy stuffif you add sugar and corn starch definetly loose is purpose very disappointed .I. also buy grey saltfrom this brand and ithe salt seem totally white pls be more conscious concerning what you sell
