I recently got into Chilli Oils and have tried the Small Batch Co and 5:15s products. Both of them blow this one out of the water.Moi Soi has much much higher calorie content(matters to me bec im on a calorie deficit and use the chilli oil for slight flavour on things like sauteed paneer); its got a very paste-like texture to it and not very crispy chilli like; it is TOO spicy and lacks the rich subtleness in taste like the other two; further, i cannot taste the garlic like i did in the 5:15 one (it also has a cheap pungent odour)Id be going with the 5:15 chilli oil over this anyday in the future

Disadvantages

This is essentially a chilli garlic chutney and not Sichuan Chilli Oil. Had crushed chilli flakes in majority and no oil. If you have tasted genuine chilli oil then you know what Sichuan peppers taste like and how other spices like star anise add so much aroma. This has nothing like that. Disappointed.
