Advantages
MOI SOI Chili Oil has amazing flavour, and is so versatile! Just a small amount of it transforms the flavours, and makes it so, so delicious. Great product! Only downside would be that the consistency is not like chili "oil" (it's not like a flowing liquid), it's more of a dry achar consistency, if that makes sense. Wish in the future they would increase the oil quantity and make a different packaging for the product. But nonetheless, it's got great flavour. Will rebuy!

Tried chilli oil for the first time & I was not disappointed. It's a good product. If you love Chinese/Korean food this is a must have. Spiciness is 8.5/10.The only thing I disliked is the smell of the oil but since I put it with other Desi spices it does not overcome.

There is much different between it's smell and the taste. The smell is just awesome but the taste is very bad. I felt a burning sensation in my throat after eating it.

The sauce has a good flavor of garlic, but the peppercorns in it just don't have the heat. Not to mention, the peppercorns used in this chili oil aren't real Chinese Sichuan peppercorns. I have tried chili oil noodle soup in authentic Chinese restaurants, and if I know anything, they have a distinguishably stronger taste, and this doesn't have that!
