The sauce adds a nice depth of flavours to your dishes, a nice change from classic noodles and fried rice. I loved the rich umami it adds, and the lack of added sugars in this was a huge plus for me. Just don't forget to fire up your wok at high temperatures to get the most taste.

Spice is a subjective taste but this sauce is just super spicy and not mildly spicy. The first time i made some udon with it, i had to wash my noodles and eat them(didn't want to waste). The steam was coming out of my head. Use with caution is what i can say. It will really awaken all of senses and well, heartburn too!
