A bit high on vinegar, this sauce isn't that spicy. Though you may like it on Noodles/Chilly Paneer, I would recommend you Ching's stir fry schezwan sauce.

Sauce is thick in consistency. Packing was very good. I m confused about its taste. Although it's written that it's a vegetarian sauce but it has some unusual smell and taste which we don't get from vegetarian items. Ingredients of this sauce include a broath but they have not specified a vegetable broath or something else. So I m little sceptical about it.

This has a very spicy, smoky and fermented flavour to it. I wasn't really expecting that, and it was too spicy for me- but that doesn't mean it isn't a nice product, it's just to my taste. The packaging could be improved though, the label started disintegrating in my fridge after four days.
