Bought it under huge expectations. Did not disappoint. It bought new flavour and taste to the recipe. But it also smelled like fish, which was off putting. Don't know if it's supposed to smell like fish coz it's said to be veg product.Overall a good experience, but may not buy again coz powdered masala mix felt like a better choice for hakka noodles. Adding more liquid to noodles made it sticky and mushy.

I love sweet and spicy flavours together. So its a great stir fry sauce. Not just noodles, fried rice or even some veggies like broccoli, baby corn, mushrooms, cauliflower go great with this sauce.

I made Jjangmeyon Korean Black bean noodles for my best friend who is a foodie, with Tokyo drift sauce and it turned out great!I use authentic SOBA buckwheat noodles, which I got off of Silkrute and paired it with kimchi (Korean pickle kinda thingy).For Kimchi salad ?? you can make with Urban platter Kimchi, throw in cabbage & carrots julienne cut & sweet corn , Tomato ketchup/puree with package kimchi(3-4tbsp)I use this brand since it has no sugar added,and for me who have diabetic parents,I tend to use natural complex sweetner like honey/jaggery and not refined sugar)
