Why do u add garam masala in sweet pickles? It spoils the entire taste. Just put jeera powder, salt, less chille, sugar/ Jaggery, haldi ....that's it.U have put garam masala in sweet moon lemon pickle too. That too was disappointing ! Please avoid garam masala in all pickles. It doesn't taste good.Ur supreme mix pickle is good. The chutneys r good.
