Not going to lie, I haven't found any affordable authentic Korean kimchi on Amazon. But I started with this and tried other Indian origin Kimchis. Hands down, the best. Plus, writing this review after receiving what may be the most crispiest, tangiest, freshest, perfectly fermented batch of Kimchi I've had so far. Amazing!

I was apprehensive because I've never had kimchi. But I absolutely love the taste. The first time I had it with basically rice alone and it was frankly enough. Too early to talk of any health benefits but it's tasty.I get why Koreans make it a staple part of their diet.

There was no seal packing on the bottle and it was leaking already when it arrived! It opened instantly as if it was pre opened! A lot of bubbles and froth were coming out as if spoilt.A pungent smell was also coming out rather than the mouth watering, fermented pickle smell , typical of good kimchi! Completely inedible, money put to sheer waste! Couldnt return it because my little daughter soiled the thermocol packing immediately!So v v bad! I felt like vomiting..

Poor sealing. Tastes really good, much much similar to the actual Korean Kimichi. I enjoyed the content only thing it lacks is the proper sealing.

The bottle although wrapped in thick foam was leaking when opened. The bottle only had half the brine. Also the inner foil was open when I opened the bottle - which was disappointing to say the least.Taste is ok- slightly more sour than expected. But will not be reordering to avoid the packaging disaster.

If u r not Asian , then it's totally very new flavour that u can't eat one complete piece but i don't say it's not edible product. But not so worthy of the money, I just thought to give it a try and did it too and i would never ever wanna try it ( God now I have to finish the whole bottle). Actually I don't know whether the homemade would be the same , like u see we have mango pickle like homemade and Priya pickles those both don't taste alike ,i think it's the same thing here too. Anyways I don't prefer this to anyone.

Heard a lot about kimchi.Thought it would be spicy and sour.But it is not spicy.It's ok to mix with noodles but it depends on the taste pallete of people.
