Worst experience with Urban Platter. It arrived in a decent box. When I opened it up, the bubble wrap was all wet with the leaked product and darn smelly. Product was spoiled and there were white fungus all over. Bad odor all over my house and my family even wondered if I ordered pig waste. Am a pregnant woman and I was craving for kimchi ever since I known from YouTube videos. That's why I ordered it but never thought it would be such a mess. As they don't have return policy, I had to claim it for refund which I received as they were also convinced. I will add pictures of it but I wish there was an option to add that bad odor too.I would rate it 0. But there is no such scoring available here :(

I like the packaging preservative free, n bottle but the taste could have been better n original if brown sugar is added... It is very sour in taste while the original kimchi is added with brown sugar n sweet in taste.. The main ingredient like fish sauce n sugar is missing

Honestly I didn't like the taste , i don't know whether in reality it does taste like this or not , i have seen in kdrama it looked so palatable so i ordered but I really didn't like it , it has weird raw sour taste which makes ur tongue feels raw Schezwan I guess ???? i saw on YouTube before buying they all told it tastes like Indian pickle ???? seriously NO !!!It does not taste like Indian pickle not at all .It's up to you if u want to buy then try itMine one is in the corner of my fridge, i am not thinking to taste it again !

Very satisfied with the product but very disappointed with the packaging.The bottle was leaking and was worried if it had gone bad . But the kimchi was good . But not sure if I would order again as I am worried about the packaging.

Awesome kimchi. It’s a very good product which is very rich in the fermented and spice flavour which is expected in a good kimchi. I only things I would like to see changes in is the quantity of the kimchi which can hopefully be increased and the quality of the package, the container and the shipping is good but the cap/cover is very bad (the paper had become kinda gross, please change the material used). Overall a awesome product.
