Sour and spicy as expected.Lost some juice due to leaky delivery.Slightly pungent smell as it is fermented. But that's expected.Don't expect achhar like flavour. It's vinegar sour. Not like kairi aur lemon which we are used to.

this is excellent kimchi...taste is very good...quality is excellenthowever, my biggest complaint is that i had ordered this product 3 times...came leaking twice...all the water had leaked into the packaging material, soaking the cardboard box too...i am writing this review, for the sole purpose that i hope that the packaging of the product improves, so that i can order it again...please do the needful...

The taste is a bit too sour for my liking.. I haven't tasted the real Korean kimchi ever, so I don't know how to compare. But if you don't like sour taste, you really shouldn't buy this.The packaging was great though.

I was confused after reading the reviews here in Amazon but I really wanted to try kimchi so I gave it a try and OMG I'm so in love with it. I tried it as soon as I got my packaging but didn't like it so much since it had a very pungent smell. I kept it in the fridge and tried it after a day and it tasted so so good. Really loved it! It's even more yummy with ramen. I might buy it again but I feel like it's a bit pricey. But guys if you really want to try kimchi try this one. Really tastes so good. Take my advice ????
