It's lid is so poorly designed that liquid was filled over box. I raised complaint and they sent 2nd one same result. Couldn't have it as without liquid dipping it gets decompose. Buy from some local store.

Total waste of money.. the cap was all rusty. As soon as i opened the box it was smelling really bad as if the contents have gone bad. You cannot even replace or return this item.

Most of the urban platter products are generally good. This particular product is also good yo taste but the packaging does not work with it. I've ordered it more than twice and both times the lid of the mason jar is rusted on the inside.

The bottle says packed on 6th May. I got delivery on 18th May. Less than 20 days old product, yet fungus on the inside of the cover. Very strange. Returned.

I didn't get to taste or use Urban Platter Sauerkraut Original Pickled Probiotic Cabbage with Beetroot as it arrived with a Leakage and some tid bits were coming out of the bottle which left a Sour taste (pun intended) in my mouth, even before I could actually taste it. The jar has Inferior Sealing and as such the product arrived with a Leakage. Better buy it from a store, if they have it or count on your luck for the product to arrive undamaged (it didn't work for me, even after reading a Negative Review from another buyer - https://www.amazon.in/gp/customer-reviews/RMBH5NY2LASAF/ref=cm_cr_dp_d_rvw_ttl?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B07NQB9KKL ), it is totally up to you. I can only appreciate the packaging of thermocol and even liquid gel pouch to cushion it from damage but then again what is the use of all this, if the product arrives in a damaged condition.
