I've always enjoyed kathal in biryani and sabzi, which made me order this pickle.The packaging is good, but the taste is overpowered by vinegar. It's like every other achar, nothing special.I won't recommend this to anyone.

Advantages

I returned to India after 50 years and was constantly irritated by poor packaging that spoiled the enjoying of the product. Everyone seemed so lazy and I was surprised Silkrute was tolerating that. But I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the packaging of the Add-me pickle. The bottle wss cushioned in two PE foam saddles and ensconsed in a tailor-made box. When I opened the lid, it opened with slight pressure.And the pickle itself was delicious and had a balanced taste. I will buy some more to be sure it was not a one-off perfection.As Gujarati pickles are a key part of our meal.

In my school days I once ate chapati and whole green chilli pickles in one of my Sindhi friends home and I could not resist the taste of the chilli pickles. I used to check recipies on youtube and started to make at home but could not get that punch I wanted. As I am a regular Silkrute buyer, I searched for pickles and came across ADDME HOME MADE STUFFED GREEN CHILLI PICKLE, especially it was RAJASTHANI. I bought it to try my luck and to my surprise the taste was exactly the same as I had once eaten in my school days. More importantly the pickles look so fresh and delicious and I am going to try different varieties of ADD ME HOME MADE pickles from now on. This chilli pickles also goes very well with aloo paratha and I would recommend every one to definitely buy ADD ME HOMEMADE PICKLES and enjoy healthy food always.
