Baidyanath gulkand is my first ever gulkand, i didn't knew anything like this existed, amazing flavor, doesn't just cools the body but also calms the mind. It has amazing benefits. I had just finished my first 400gms, in 10 days, i hope they will stock up again sooner so that i will buy it again. I have become a big fan of gulkand now. And a little bit more about freshness, if you ate it in the morning or whenever, whatever you are doing in the day, there will be many times during the day you will feel the freshness of gulkand and would just want to have it again. I think it is a part of my diet from now-onwards. I couldn't list all the benefits, it has so many that i couldn't write down, i has to be felt. It feels amazing.
