Disadvantages

I think this product is bogus because it has a water-like consistency and doesn't even crystallise in cold weather. Honey is supposed to be thick and viscous not fluid. I wouldn't recommend buying this. There are better brands.

the honey was thin in consistency , so I thought it maybe so because of being pure.But there was a strand left at the bottom of the cup left from the honey -----wondered if it was bad and hence stringy

Expensive yes. Product Quality? Brilliant. I read some reviews saying it's the worst honey and contains sugar. Those reviewers should stick to the commercial grade honey as they do not understand that unfiltered raw honey contains particles such wax bits, pollen grains and propolis. Processed honey remains in liquid form on the market shelves for a much longer time as sugar crystals have been dissolved by heating (pasteurization) and any suspended particles and air bubbles that encourage crystallization are removed by filtration.Buy it if you can afford it. It's the default choice in this house, and I have consumed a lot of brands.

Advantages

Good product...packaged well...as good as any big brand. But has a very nice and natural flavour. In addition, if the profits go to the actual bee-keepers, then its money well spent.

Honey is good and pure but a bit pricey. Compared to other sugar syrups from major brands its far far better and i can vouch for its taste and purity.

Advantages

The honey did not taste like it had any tulsi in it. But the plain honey taste was good. I mixed it with my existing Esha yoga centre tulsi honey to get some tulsi taste into it.
