I love the taste and texture of wild forest honey. Ever since I have had it, I have been having it continuously. I am currently on my 3rd bottle of honey. It has a slightly dense texture and is not overly sweet compared to other types of honey I have had. I do not consume sugar so I like having honey which doesn't have any sugar. So, I like that it doesn't have much sugar. It almost tastes like maple syrup but less sweet. I also like the brand because it is organic and eco-friendly. However, I didn't like the taste of desert bloom honey from the same brand because it is a bit sweet for me. I have also ordered eucalyptus honey from the same brand. Hopefully, it will be as good.

Best honey that I bought through Silkrute. Nothing can beat the honey I purchased directly from a bee-keeper in Trondheim Norway. But that was 1kg for (converted) INR 2000. This is overpriced, but quality is really good.

I grew up in an orchard where every year bee hives would form and my parents called someone to extract the honey, which we stored and used the entire year - this product has exactly the same taste, smell and texture as that honey. Genuine, and awesome! I am going to stick to this brand for sure.

Expensive yes. Product Quality? Brilliant. I read some reviews saying it's the worst honey and contains sugar. Those reviewers should stick to the commercial grade honey as they do not understand that unfiltered raw honey contains particles such wax bits, pollen grains and propolis. Processed honey remains in liquid form on the market shelves for a much longer time as sugar crystals have been dissolved by heating (pasteurization) and any suspended particles and air bubbles that encourage crystallization are removed by filtration.Buy it if you can afford it. It's the default choice in this house, and I have consumed a lot of brands.
