The bottle has no NMR or AGMARK certification label to validate to 100% pure claim.It's really hard to just accept them for their word considering how every pack used to come with NMR certified seal.Make sure to check the description every time you make a purchase because NMR seal seems to change it's presence between Saffola honey active and Saffola Gold honey. This is a deceptive advertising practice at the least because last time I checked, it was 'active' honey that lacked the NMR tested label.Now scanning the barcode just takes you to their website. And the certificate there is only FSSAI.Now about the bottles I received. There were small bubbles popping up at the top of the honey, as it has fermented.I contacted the customer care without even opening the seal so that I can return it. I was asked to wait for 48 hours.But looks like there no response yet.So, if you plan to buy this just because you got quality honey when they actually had nmr certified label, I strongly recommend against it.It is non-returnable even if you haven't touched it in case you come across issues like mine..I recommend Bharat honey, they have both Agmark grade A and NMR certification.Lion dates honey is also good and has Agmark grade A certification, but they often deliver broken bottles.
