In today's market finding genuine Honey is next to impossible. All big brands claim 100% pure honey but trying all products of big guns I am sure these are not genuine and more or less all are mixed with syrup. My wife is diabetic and she used honey with her tea. previously her sugar level increased by using those 100% pure Honey of market but after using Keynote Honey the level of her sugar considerably reduced.
