Before purchasing this I used sundrop peanut butter and dr oetker.Liked1-delivery speed2-texture colour after taste.Disliked1- the container plastic quality2-taastes astringnet when it touches the tastebuds3-found small dark spots/ things(maybe peanuts red/pink skin) at two places on wall of the container after mixing it with a butterknife I found nothing. No one could notice this until and unless looks closely.Packaging can be better.

This is one of the best tasting peanut butter that I have had in a long time. Since, I always order unsweetened peanut butters, I prefer the light roasted ones, which it is. At first, I thought there was something mixed with this because of the good taste but in the ingredients it is just peanuts. It's most likely due to the light roast and good quality peanuts. Also, it's not very runny and easy to spread on the bread, and doesn't drip from the sides. I would definitely recommend this.My only complaint is the quality of the container's lid/cap. It just doesn't feel very solid while lifting the container through the lid. Also, please look into improving the seal as some oil leaked during transportation.The packaging by Silkrute was good, and delivery was before time.

I love making my own peanut butter but have barely had the time since I moved. Was ecstatic to find several options on Silkrute that stuck to the same principles of no added oil, no sugar and no salt - just plain roasted peanuty goodness. I picked this up after scouring through the reviews because the texture seemed to be the most promising out of all the options (Pintola, Alpino). I was quite apprehensive about the packaging since a lot of the reviewers reported damage and spillage in transit. These guys must have listened as mine arrived in perfect condition. I am also glad to report that quality-wise, this is a superb product, bursting with flavour just like my homemade stuff. The texture is just right too - a creamy, crunchy taste-explosion. It's on the pricier side considering the price of peanuts at the local market, but it saves me all the time, effort and inevitable mess.I know I will repurchase.
