This version of the hot and sour soup shown with a Caucasian guy on the box tastes better than the one with the lady on the packet which I reviewed previously and I'm confused by that since they are both by Ching.However, I seem to have had a third variety delivered which came directly from India and has an Indian? guy on the packet.It arrived in a tiny box and was a 'strip' of five foil packets, not a standard box which actually looks quite cool (see picture) and would be perfect for packing a light bag for camping.This version of the soup seems to have more vegetables and tastes better.....I've no idea why...but I like it and would buy it again for sure.
