I was really amazed at how good this product turned out to be. Just added water and chopped onions to the mix and the dosa turned out amazingly delicious. Tastes even better when cooked with butter. This is just like what they serve in restaurants. Also, there are no lumps at all when mixed in water and it dissolves quickly and completely. No mess, no fuss. I ordered four packets more and other types like millet and raagi also
