Fancy packing. All of these are artificially flavoured with a high contrnt of salt-SODIUM, and medium for roasting is veg oil. Though roasted well but exorbitant in price. Better to buy plain ones and roast them in ghee with rock salt which has a low content of sodium,black pepper or any other spice of your choice. Will work out much cheaper and healthier.
