We use custard apples sourced directly from the farms of Maharashtra. Once the custard apples reach our freeze-drying facility, our trained helpers begin a meticulous process of plucking their leaves, washing, and deseeding. To transform the fruit into our signature freeze-dried custard apple, we first draw out their moisture, then freeze-dry them using a process that ensures that the Bonvie fruit you eat is just as tasty, colorful, and nutritious as the raw fruit!
