We use Alphonso Mango sourced directly from the farms in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. Once the mangoes reach our freeze-drying facility, our trained helpers begin a meticulous process of plucking their leaves, washing, and slicing. To transform the fruit into our signature freeze-dried mangoes, we first draw out their moisture and then freeze-dry them using a process that ensures that the Bonvie fruit you eat is just as tasty, colourful and nutritious as the raw fruit!
