We use black jamuns sourced directly from the farms of Uttar Pradesh. Once the jamuns reach our freeze drying facility, our trained helpers begin a meticulous process of plucking their leaves, washing, and slicing. To transform the fruit into our signature freeze-dried black jamuns, we first draw out their moisture and then freeze-dry them using a process that ensures that the Bonvie fruit you eat is just as tasty, colourful and nutritious as the raw fruit!
