This is something really good for health and from my personal experience I was having high esr level earlier but to my surprise after starting blue berries I have tried to bring my esr level to half. So on my advice definitely give it a try

It has added sugar and sunflower oil. Also the ingredients mentioned by the seller as "Blueberries" is false, they should mention all the three ingredients. Just click on the second picture of the product which has the rear side of the pack and see the actual ingredients.I use these blueberries while baking and am overall satisfied with the product for my purposes. But providing misleading information to customers made me give this product a 1 star. Also anyone looking to buy these blueberries as a healthy option would be making a mistake because of the added sugar and oil. Personally, I found these berries too sweet(probably due to all the added sugar) to eaten as a snack and ended up using them while baking.
