The powder is absolutely coarse and you can feel the bits in your throat. Which exhibits cough reflex every time you have it. It does not get completely dissolved in milkshakes etc. The flavor is just OK.

Easy to use and healthy food for a lactating mother. Excellent Quality with a fine taste. Observation. After mixing with hot milk and stirring for 5mins , still find the sediments of indsolved powder. May be a more detailed preparation guidelines will be helpful for 100% utilizarion.
