I always eat an handful of them. This is my second purchase. The taste is better than the peeled ones (without) skin. The bigger size nuts are placed on the pocket window of the packet so to make appear all are of big sizes, but a marketing trick as it contains small size as well. But that doesn't stamped it as poor product. In fact, best at very affordable price. My findings may be incorrect, but the nuts with skin are more tastier. Please make sure you remove the skin (some of them don't know) while using them.
