Has a slightly bitter after taste I bought two bottles of these goji berries to make dry fruit mixture. The Goji berries seem to have been put in some sugar syrup before packing. The berries were clumped together and there was a distinct sweet taste to it. I feed that this should not have been the case as it takes away the nutrient value of the berries while adding to the sugar content - this is not desirable. I will be very happy if Urban Platter responds to this query clarifying the issue since I want to buy these regularly.
