Full of sugar syrup.its not at advertised.they do not return it as well.please stay away from this product.its cheap and not fit for consumption.i threw the bottle out after having one piece.amazon must make sure quality products are sold.espically food products! Very disappointed in Amazon.

Wow! Just 4gms of sugar and carbs are only 6gms. Being a fitness freak it's hard to find good snacks that are healthy. They are delicious, cane sugar is so much better than white sugar. It's great. Love it! Will be buying more.
