Apricots are very healthy and I'm pleased to find decent quality apricots in this pack. This variety is healthier than the orange soft apricots. They are ripe and big sized. I wash it and soak for a few hours before eating them, can be eaten as a sweet treat after meals. The kernels iside also taste good. Apricots are great for the gut too. They don't have any odd smell and look clean. I like the sealed pack they came in.
