I had been using a different brand of almonds but wanted to try a cheaper alternative. Learnt my lesson : small in size, taste is questionable, looks stale.

In economics or basic common sense, it is said the quality of a product is directly proportional to the price you pay and this product is a true example of that. Here, you get 400 gms of almonds for ~Rs.320...which comes to Rs.80 per 100 gm whereas the average price for 100 gm of Californian almonds on the site is upwards of Rs.100. I have tried almonds from many brands in the last couple of years and I can say this one comes lower in the order. And why do I say so? Because, these almonds don't look or taste fresh. Around 8-10 almonds in a packet are waste like they're infected. This is second quality almonds priced at a slightly lower rate to attract customers who easily fall for low price....and even I did for once. This product is again marketed/sold by Happilo and I would recommend you buy the one which reads Happilo on the cover (green color) for about Rs.60 more. Those are much better for a slightly higher price.
